Snow College's Badger Build Makerspace is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn, earn microcredentials, and bring your creative ideas to life. The Makerspace serves as a bustling center of creativity and hands-on learning, providing access to cutting-edge technology, tools, and resources for all Snow College students and community members. Wether you're an aspiring entrepreneur, a tinkerer, or someone who simply wants to develop practical skills, our Makerspace is the place to be. The Badger Build Makerspace is available for public use during the school year on Wednesdays. Time slots can be reserved for up to 5 people to a group in one of 2 time slots. The first is from 3:30 – 5:15 PM, and the second is from 5:15 – 7 PM. Groups larger than 5 can sign up for 2 time slots at the same time to accommodate a larger group if there is availability. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The hours during the summer may be reduced due to availability of staff. Guests will be required to sign a safety waiver upon arrival. Makerspace staff will help guests to design and fabricate projects. Guests may be required to complete an online safety training in order to operate any of the equipment on their own with subsequent visits.
